Program information (in progress)

The programme for the JCI European Conference 2027 in The Hague will be updated continuously over the coming months. New speakers, sessions, and activities will be added regularly, so be sure to check the website for the latest updates.

The Hague’s unique position as an international centre of decision-making and influence has earned it a reputation as the international city of peace and justice. With world peace as JCI’s ultimate goal, Peace & Justice is a key conference track. Law and order can pave the way for change, yet today’s complex global affairs remind us how unpredictable reality can be. How can we leverage law effectively, learn from experts, and navigate global challenges? By stepping back to assess our impact, we will explore what more Jaycees and Local Organisations can do to drive positive change, foster justice, and contribute to a fairer world.

The world faces crucial issues in safety, energy, climate, and food that deeply impact daily life. Nowhere is this more pressing than in The Hague, a city at the heart of Europe’s climate challenges. Will The Hague remain a city by the sea, or become a city in the sea? With bold urban planning, the city is evolving rapidly, reshaping its skyline and expanding its impact. At the 2027 European Conference, explore The Hague’s ambitious solutions, from groundbreaking water management to clean energy initiatives. Experience the city’s innovative spirit, highlighted by the annual Hague Innovators Challenge and its vibrant impact hubs.

JCI the Netherlands stands out in skills development by offering high-quality training. The most popular chapter trainings focus on building practical skills, such as Creative Thinking and Coaching Skills. We also offer personal development trainings, including Know Your Strengths, alongside sessions that help members get to know one another better, deepen their understanding of JCI, and collaborate more effectively on projects. Examples include Knowing Me, Knowing You, JCI & I, and The 10 Commandments of Member Recruitment, which even includes a short pitch training, while many Dutch trainers have also contributed internationally to academies, conferences, and other events.

In 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights set a global standard. Now, JCI builds on that legacy through International Human Duties Day, celebrated on July 10, encouraging leaders to actively contribute to global development. The Hague, as an Impact City dedicated to sustainable development and positive change, is an ideal partner for JCI’s mission. In this fourth track, we highlight The Hague’s commitment to change for good by showcasing its impact-driven entrepreneurs, visionaries, and initiatives, while also exploring local challenges such as economic inequality and affordable housing, and inviting participants to help shape a better future together.

Nadi joined JCI Eemland in Amersfoort in 2024 and has hit the ground running ever since - becoming Secretary in 2025 and Chapter President in 2026. Based in the heart of the Netherlands. Her path to Lead Marketing & Communications for EC2027 was one of enthusiasm first, planning second. She enthusiastically stumbled into this role after attending the Dutch Academy, and after experiencing the energy of the World Congress in Tunis, she knew she wanted to give back. Determined to contribute to knowledge sharing and networking within JCI Europe, she put her hand up and got to work. Her philosophy? Go, fall, get back up, learn by doing, and give it everything you've got. That spirit runs through every campaign, every post, and every piece of content she and the MarCom team create for EC2027. She can't wait to help tell the story of The Hague and to welcome you all to Metamorphosis.
